2^nd shift position (candidate would train on 1st shift)

$2 shift premium for working 2nd shift

• Setup the operation of flexographic printing press (10 color press).
• Ensures all product quality, safety and production standards are met Complete documentation accurately.
• Change and install print cylinders and anilox rolls.
• Change deck parts and ink pumps Set print cylinders into register.
• Check proper tension settings, verify repeat lengths, minimize curling, correct adhesive weights, and roll appearance and colors are correct.
• Use QC tools to test protocols to monitor quality.
• Monitor and complete viscosity control and log Color match each color to customer.
• Maintain cleanliness in work area Any other tasks requested by supervisor.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have mindset to work safely.
• Must be able to work in a moderate to loud environment (PPE provided).
• Position involves bending, twisting, reaching overhead, kneeling.
• Must be able to correctly match colors.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift (2 p.m - 10 p.m)
• Good mathematical skills
• Continuous learning will be expected
• Able to work overtime as required
